Return and exchange instructions
About accepting consumer's return and exchange goods, the guarantee period is within 7 days, If exceeds this period, it shall be regarded as the completion of acceptance inspection and shall not return or replace the goods
No return or replacement will be accepted if the package or accessories are damaged or lost.
If you want a return or replacement, please be sure to contact us within the time limit to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding and disputes.
If the goods are not defective or deteriorated, the consumer shall bear the freight out and home.
We hope that the buyers and sellers can trust and understand each other. If you have any complaints about the goods, we are very willing to listen to you.
If the goods are defective in transit, please inform the seller immediately after receiving the goods and send it back. After receiving and confirming the defective goods, the seller will quickly send the new products in good condition.
